Charcuterie Workshop | Thursday June 13th | 6:00pm

Learn how easy it is to create a beautiful and elegant charcuterie board! April Miller, Penn State Educator and Registered Dietician, will share tips and specific instructions on how to create a beautiful themed charcuterie tray. Get hands-on while learning how to make a meat rose, arrange fruit, cheese and dips all the while enjoying samples!

The fun continues with Katie Talarico, Wine Maker & Owner of Papa Joe's Winery. Katie will talk about how to pair wine with certain cheeses and provide a wine tasting. Glasses of wine will be available for purchase. Side note: Papa Joe's Winery is set to open in Zelienople at 154 Main St. in early summer!

The best parties come with party favors! Receive a customized charcuterie board with your registration. There are 4 designs to choose from. The board measures approximately 10.5" tall by 6" wide, the handle is 5".

SERIOUS TALK: All workshop sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you can pick up your charcuterie board and written Charcuterie tips at the store. Items will be held at the store for a maximum of 14 days.  Ok.
